Your conversations go to your agents, not to us.

KYBER Studio is an app for talking to AI agents that your organisation runs on its own infrastructure. Kybernesis provides the app and a control plane that manages identity and access; your organisation provides and operates the agents. Your conversations go to those agents, not to Kybernesis.

• →Your account. Your name, email address and organisation, from the sign-in your organisation set up. Used to identify you and to decide which agents you may talk to.
• →Where your conversations are. For each conversation, the agent it is with, an identifier for it, when it was last active, and a one-line preview of the last message, so a conversation started on one device can be opened on another. The conversation itself is stored by the agent, on your organisation's infrastructure, not by Kybernesis.
• →How you show your agents. A name, a colour and, if you chose one, a picture for each agent, and a picture for yourself, so every device draws the same thing.
• →Your devices. An identifier for each install and, if you turn notifications on, a push token, so an agent that needs your answer can reach the phone you carry. You can turn this off in Settings.
• →Service connections. If you connect a service such as a mailbox or a calendar for an agent to use, the control plane holds the access token for that service so the agent can use it on your behalf, including when the app is closed. You can disconnect at any time from the app.

• →The content of your conversations, beyond the one-line preview above. Messages, attachments and dictated audio travel between your device and your organisation's agent.
• →Your microphone, except while dictation is on, and then only for speech recognition on your device or by your phone's own speech service.
• →Your photo library, except the photo you pick to send or to use as a picture.
• →Anything for advertising. We do not sell data, and we do not use tracking.

Your organisation's administrators can see which agents you have access to and manage that access. Kybernesis staff can access control-plane data only to operate the service or when you ask for help. The agents you talk to are operated by your organisation under its own policies.

Account, device and conversation-directory records are kept while your organisation's account is active and removed when it closes, or sooner when you or your administrator remove them. Signing out of a device removes its push token.

Turn notifications on or off in the app's Settings; remove a picture or a service connection from the app; sign out to end a device's access. For anything else, including a copy of your data or its deletion, contact your organisation's administrator or us at support@kybernesis.ai.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes are announced in the app.
